The role

Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality transactions? We’re looking for a Lawyer to join our rapidly expanding Banking & Finance team. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.

This is a Lawyer position, working with Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a particular focus on the growing alternative lending market in Australia. You will have the opportunity to advise on numerous onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers and other non-bank lenders in relation to investments in complex structured finance and hybrid transactions, venture debt and growth finance, restructuring and special situations.

We’re looking for someone:

  • with 2-5 years’ experience
  • with Banking & Finance experience
  • with a genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • that is keen to be involved with the firm’s business development activities
  • wanting a fantastic team culture
  • with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
