The Sr. IAM Project Manager with general autonomy, supports the Asset Manager in managing activities in the asset.

  • Pay Rate: $100.00/hour
  • Assignment Length: 9 months with the high possibility of extension based or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Onsite, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of an annual business plan and forecasting the surface facilities capacity requirements to maximize hydrocarbon production while minimizing costs.
  • Executes engineering, procurement, and construction according to the annual business plan.
  • Additional responsibilities include optimizing project resources to minimize cost while maximizing design and construction productivity.
  • Analyzes, plans, and tracks company resources to complete facility design and construction on time and on budget.
  • Attends internal coordination meetings with PSLs and other IAM department heads, and informs activity completion dates and issues.
  • Coordinates environmental impact studies produced by engineering group to comply with governmental requirements.
  • Attends internal and external meetings for work coordination.
  • Communicates surface facility needs and plans to client, and obtains corresponding contractual approval.
  • Approves final revision and Engineering and Construction Work Orders and corresponding invoices.
  • Reviews AFE requests and submits for upper management approval.

Qualifications:

  • Certified PMP
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in project managing including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience delivering/implementing complex technology and security projects.
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholders and cross functional teams across large scale projects.
  • Ability and proficiency in managing executive level presentations
  • Financial Acumen and proficiency with budgeting
  • Requires an undergraduate degree in engineering or similar discipline
