The Assembly & Repair Tech I under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Assignment Length: 6 month assignment with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Details: 2nd Shift | 3:00 pm – 11:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly, coordinating with the manufacturing team as needed.
- Gain basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
- Learn and document assembly tools and techniques.
- Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to enhance product quality and service.
- Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques, documenting procedures, data, observations, and results.
- Incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.
- Work under supervision, with errors being easily identifiable and correctable in a short time frame.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Accountable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
