The Instructional Design Specialist under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to assist in developing, improving, and supporting training materials and specialized documentation for our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
- Pay Rate: $29.83 - $32.49/hour
- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Details: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday |40hrs
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop effective training materials.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of instructional content to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our organization.
- Support the creation of specialized documentation required by Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in training materials.
- Provide input and feedback on instructional design best practices and methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Work autonomously while maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of instructional design experience. Without an undergraduate degree, 2 years of related experience is required.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (MUST-HAVE)
- Proficiency in other e-Learning tools such as Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, and Camtasia
- Advanced video editing skills to create engaging and high-quality multimedia content.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
