Instructional Design Specialist (Onsite: Houston, TX)

The Instructional Design Specialist under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.

• Pay Rate: $29.83 - $32.49/hour
• Assignment Length: 6 month assignment with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday |40hrs

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline (MUST-HAVE). Please provide a portfolio or work samples.
• Utilize other e-learning tools such as Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, and Camtasia to enhance learning experiences.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content to support instructional materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Work autonomously while maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of instructional design experience. Without an undergraduate degree, 2 years of related experience is required.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
