This role, under general supervision, provides nursing and health/safety services to employees or persons on premises of an occupational setting.
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
- Contract Length: 4 months contract with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
- Location: Duncan, OK
Responsibilities:
- Responds and cares for general ailments, injuries and emergency health situations.
- Offers immunizations, shots, general exams, health education materials, and over the counter medication as needed.
- Assists in company health/wellness examination programs.
- Present relevant information to employees on health/safety education and illness prevention, via private setting or group training seminar.
- Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed.
Qualifications:
- Skills are typically acquired through possession of a Licensed Practical Nurse license and minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing which includes experience in occupational health setting.
