ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a seasoned leader in project management with a proven track record in delivering complex construction projects? Then is the opportunity for you!

Growthbuilt is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring with them 8-10 years of experience managing projects ranging between $50-$100 million across both residential and commercial sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving and leading our continued success and growth.

This opportunity will allow you to unlock both internal and external training and development courses, build relationships with like minded project managers and even pick up a few ideas along the way, apply years of experience to new and exciting projects while bringing your own leadership style and culture as we build your "dream" team, together.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the full responsibilities of the project lifecycle, you will lead and oversee construction program from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Manage project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive environment that will develop and execute comprehensive project plans. With your team, you identify critical paths and milestones to achieve project objectives while also monitoring project progress and resolving any related issues that may arise.

As you will be reporting to the Construction Manager, you will also be responsible for preparing and presenting project status reports with your commercial team to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, client facing and the ability to develop and maintain key relationships.
• A proven track record of finished projects and the ability to hit milestone dates.
• High focus on conflict management and dispute resolution.
• Leading from the front and developing a high performing team culture. Being able to give feedback to your team in ongoing 1:1 sessions.
• High commercial awareness and reporting skillset that will allow you to report and communicate with Senior Management.
• Self driven, passionate and focused mindset that will set the standard for your team.
