- Monitor project progress, ensuring that all works comply with safety, quality, and program requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits to maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any issues that arise on-site and provide timely solutions to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a trade background.
- At least 8+ years of experience as a Site Manager within a Tier 2-3 building environment, preferably with a background in managing projects valued between $50 million and $150 million.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards. Experience in managing teams with 4+ site staff is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- A collaborative approach to working with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
The Perks:
- The opportunity to manage your own projects and take your career to the next level with a clear path to senior roles.
- A dynamic and collaborative team environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.
- Exposure to a variety of projects across Sydney’s metropolitan area, Western Sydney suburbs, and the Illawarra region.
If you are ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a passionate team delivering exceptional projects across diverse sectors, we would love to hear from you.
