About the Role 

 In this dynamic leadership position, you will: 

• Develop project management capability across teams, fostering a high-performance culture. 
• Lead and enforce consistent PMO standards, processes, and tools, ensuring excellence in project delivery. 
• Build collaborative relationships with Executives, Department Heads, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project outcomes with strategic goals. 
• Drive governance and reporting for our program of work, consolidating insights for decision-making. 
• Manage project interdependencies and provide hands-on leadership for critical initiatives to achieve time, cost, and quality targets. 
• Cultivate continuous improvement by capturing and applying learnings from project experiences. 

What We’re Looking For 

You're an influential leader with a knack for developing processes, delivering to milestones and engaging stakeholders. You bring: 

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar PMO or project management role, ideally within a decentralized business model. 
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and governance. 
• Skills: Proficiency in Monday.com, Excel, and PowerPoint, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. 
• Attributes: Initiative, emotional maturity, and a "can-do" attitude, with a passion for fostering collaboration and building project management capabilities.
