About the Role: As the Operations Insights Manager, reporting to the Operations System Manager, you'll dive deep into data on labour, productivity, throughput & speed using systems like Tanda, Crunchtime, and PowerBI. Your insights will directly influence our restaurant performance and drive continuous improvement across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver labour analytics to optimize rostering, productivity, and labour controls.
  • Manage end-to-end labour forecasting and RLGL optimization across support office, operations, and restaurants.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Traineeships, and rostering practices.
  • Analyze Throughput & Speed metrics to improve operational efficiency and set restaurant targets.
  • Provide detailed PowerBI reports on labour, productivity, and performance.
  • Monitor Crunchtime compliance to reduce wastage, improve stock management, and streamline processes.
  • Drive productivity improvements through station guide evolution and proactive labour management (events, holidays).
  • Collaborate with Operations and Restaurant Managers to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support Operations Team & Restaurant Managers with ongoing feedback and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerBI.
  • A curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Adaptable communication style to engage with different audiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in analytics, business, or finance preferred.
  • 18+ months of experience driving performance to KPI targets through data insights.
  • Proven experience presenting insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of rostering systems.
