Horticulturist - Auditor

Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Horticulturist Auditor.

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You 

• Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 5 year's experience
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license
• Team player with excellent communication skills
