Workshop Adminstrator

As an administrative assistant at Green by Nature, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our workshop facilities. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks and operational tasks essential in maintaining our fleet and equipment 

Responsibilities -  

• Format prestart procedures, transitioning from current systems to SAP. 
• Manage service and repair bookings, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination. Integrate tasks with GO fleet management processes. 
• Perform maintenance tasks as required in Reveal software. 
• Generate and manage purchase orders as needed. 
• Coordinate full fleet management activities on a national scale, including: 
• Setting up new contracts with Summit for MV and equipment. 
•  Resolving issues related to fuel cards, eTags, and adhoc toll payments.

About You 

• Proven experience in workshop administration or similar role. 
•   Familiarity with SAP and/or willingness to learn new software systems. 
•   Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. 
•   Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
