Trades Assistant

About the role

The Trades Assistant role is an entry level opportunity supporting our Workshop team. You will undertake a variety of tasks essential in maintaining our fleet and equipment. Learn on the job in a supportive and caring environment and take advantage of opportunities for career development.

 Responsibilities  

• General pick up & deliveries
• Assist the workshop technicians
• Pressure washing of vehicles & equipment
• Maintaining a clean & tidy workshop
• Learn to conduct repairs and servicing of small plant & equipment

About You 

• Experience in a workshop or similar role would be an advantage but not essential
• A keen interest in working hands-on with mechanical equipment
• Familiarity with software systems
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
