What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse portfolios.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs and build proactive sourcing strategies.
- Actively source talent through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate and partner in interviews, compliance and offer processes.
- Build talent pipelines and manage our alumni talent network.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position Green by Nature as an employer of choice.
- Support workforce planning and resourcing conversations across the business.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (internal or agency).
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment or multi-site portfolios.
- Strong relationship skills – you know how to influence, coach, and partner with stakeholders.
- A knack for sourcing talent creatively and effectively.
- Great organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS/CMS systems.
- Bonus points for a diploma/qualification in HR, business, or similar.
