This role involves a variety of tasks related to garden maintenance — perfect for those who want to grow their career in the horticulture industry.

What you'll do

• Help with garden maintenance including hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely, with guidance from experienced team members
• Load and unload plants, materials, and equipment
• Keep work areas tidy and tools in top shape
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, positive team environment

About You

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar work is ideal
• Physically fit — able to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Team player, able to follow instructions and contribute to a safe work environment

Must have:

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Willingness to participate in ongoing safety training
