As a Candidate Manager, you'll be our talent magnet, finding the right folks to join our green team. Your role will be as diverse as our landscapes – from planting the seed with candidates to collaborating with our hiring managers.

What You'll Do:

• Be the bridge that connects candidates and our team.
• Manage the entire recruitment journey, end to end (average 30 roles).
• Keep things flowing smoothly, even when things get busy throughout the growing season.
• Proactively source and screen Garden Labourers, Horticulturalists and Greenkeepers.
• Play a pivotal role as our business evolves during a merge, helping us cultivate fresh ways of working.
• Use LiveHire, our ATS, to make the process smooth and seamless.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for people and a sense of spotting potential.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Be familiar with an ATS, preferably LiveHire.
• Your communication skills can turn a chat into a connection.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability – find comfort in change.
• Must be FAST - preferably agency or temp desk previous experience.
