WHS Coordinator

• Permanent Full Time
• 38 Hours per week
• Dandenong Office Location

Key Responsibilities Include:

• The primary role is implementing the HSEQ Strategy in Victoria, with a support function for WHS in SA and Tas.
• Organise and lead work health and safety training, including equipment training
• Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards
• Lead toolbox talks with staff
• Carry out risk assessments
• Investigate incidents
• Provide safety inductions for new employees
• Support the creation of safe work method statements
• Implement WHS policies and legislation

About You

• Lead by example Green by Nature's safety first culture
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
