Experienced Open Space Turf Maintenance Operator

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced open space turf maintenance operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across this prime site. 

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with other grounds keeping staff and tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards.

About You

• Experience in open space turf management is preferred
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
