Green by Nature is looking for a qualified Greenkeeper to maintain premium turf surfaces in the Fremantle area. This is a hands-on, full-time role offering great conditions, strong team culture, and the opportunity to work in a company that values sustainability and safety.

About the Role

• Maintain turf surfaces through mowing, aerating, topdressing, and more
• Identify and treat turf health issues (pests, diseases, compaction)
• Apply sustainable practices such as water conservation and IPM
• Operate and maintain turf care equipment (mowers, sprayers, aerators)
• Work closely with team members and communicate with clients

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (essential)
• Experience in greenkeeping or turf management
• Cricket wicket experience (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass and maintenance practices
• Ability to safely operate turf machinery and follow WHS protocols
