About the Role

This crucial role ensures that our operations run smoothly every day by maintaining and repairing the smaller machines that are critical to our work. The primary focus will be on keeping our equipment in optimal condition, performing regular maintenance, executing timely repairs, and coordinating with the rest of the crew to ensure seamless operations.

Your work will play a significant role in reducing downtime for our field workers, helping us complete projects efficiently and without delays.

About You

Mechanical Trade Certificate (or 10+ years experience)
Experience with maintenance and repair of small plant equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to tow a trailer
Diesel engine experience advantageous

Responsibilities

Maintain and service small plant equipment such as ride on mowers, push mowers, brush cutters, chain saws, blowers, hedgers, atom edgers, power tools and more
Maintain and service tractors and trailers
Perform chemical spray pack servicing
Conduct electrical diagnosis and hydraulic diagnostics
Keep the workshop safe, clean and free of any hazards
Perform some onsite / mobile servicing as required
