This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual wage, plus superannuation benefits. Responsibilities 

• Ability to maintain garden spaces to the industry best practices, effectively within a team of dedicated grounds maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including hedging, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilising and planting.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, training and strong work ethic to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices within the team.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements and needs, and implement corrective actions.

About You 

• Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 4 years’ experience within the horticulture industry.
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• AFQ3 Chemical Application certificate desirable or willing to obtain.
• Sound knowledge and experience with Australian Natives Plants desirable.
