Garden Enhancement Team Leader

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients while managing small teams. This hands-on position involves:

• Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues
• Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications
• Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary
• Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion

About You

• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
• A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
