Irrigation & Landscape Maintenance Technician

Green by Nature is looking for a Irrigation & Landscape Maintenance Technician to work across sites in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This casual position is perfect for someone wanting steady work, strong training and the opportunity to move into a permanent role based on performance.

You’ll be part of a crew known for being supportive, safety-minded and proud of the work they do. We provide uniforms, PPE and tools so you can focus on developing your skills and doing work you can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems
• Supporting garden and turf work including planting, mulching, mowing and rejuvenation
• Helping with turf installation, basic irrigation programming and site checks
• Troubleshooting simple irrigation or landscape issues with guidance
• Working across multiple sites with the Irrigation Manager and team
• Following safety procedures and delivering high-standard work

What You’ll Bring

• Some experience in irrigation, gardening, turf or landscape maintenance
• A willingness to learn irrigation and technical landscape skills
• Practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Driver’s licence and White Card preferred
• Reliability and a positive attitude (these matter most)
