Garden Maintenance Team Member - South East Suburbs

• 38 hours per week 
• Location - Cranbourne VIC
• Hourly rate + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation 

About the Role

As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role involves Garden Maintenance on South East Garden Portfolio. Working with existing teams on sites such as Westfield Shopping Centres, Coles Service Stations and other commercial sites.

• Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
• Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Drivers License
• White Card
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
