This full-time position offers 38 hours per week at a prestigious school with a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. Responsibilities 

• Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff and the ability to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
• You will be responsible for maintaining various areas across the school, ensuring exceptional care and service to gardens from Junior to Senior levels.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You 

• Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 5 year's experience (Essential)
• Passion for delivering quality work
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• White Card
• National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
• Valid Drivers' license
• Team player with excellent communication skills
