The Role
As our Quality and Excellence Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed standards, delivering exceptional, client-centred care and support. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement, driving outcomes that truly matter to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our service delivery is always exceptional, focused on achieving the goals of our clients
- Champion a culture of quality, agility and excellence across our organisation
- Provide agile, hands-on guidance to continuously improve quality outcomes through pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches
- Partner closely with all teams to support clients in achieving their goals.
What we are looking for
- A leader with a 'Caring Heart and Commercial Mind' who combines drive, calm, and pragmatism
- Deep expertise and a proven track record in achieving strong quality outcomes in Disability and Aged Care Sector
- Experience in leading innovative quality improvement initiatives and assessing practices against standards and organizational policies
- A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams to drive quality and service excellence.
- The ability to stay agile in a fast-paced environment, always focused on solutions and outcomes
