About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Transformation Associate to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and the Strategy and Transformation Manager to analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth.

This position requires candidates to have the legal right to work in Australia.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy & transformation initiatives from concept to execution
• Support the development of business cases, and post-merger integration activities
• Assist in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
• Monitor key performance indicators and track the progress of ongoing strategic projects
• Provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in a management consulting firm or in-house corporate strategy function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems
• Strong commercial acumen
• A collaborative mindset and a belief in building trust through delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint storytelling
