The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven Growth Leader to accelerate our expansion in the NDIS sector across Melbourne. This high energy role is designed to ignite our NDIS growth and position us in the market as a high-quality complex support provider. 

Working closely with our General Manager – Victoria and Head of Growth, you’ll develop external relationships with key partners, establishing new referral pathways for us to amplify our impact in our service regions across Melbourne.

Role can be based from any of our businesses in Metro Melbourne (Balaclava, Carrum Downs or Tullamarine).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive NDIS growth by identifying and cultivating partnerships with specialist support coordinators, hospitals, community hubs and more
  • Analyse market trends & conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities within the disability support sector, particularly in complex NDIS support services
  • Drive community engagement promoting our services and organisation
  • Be the visionary who inspires and motivates a team culture of innovative lead generation ideas and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to ensure the successful handover of new clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in NDIS business development, growth and partnership management
  • Knowledge of high complex support being able to credibly engage with new referral partners
  • A natural relationship builder who is comfortable reaching out and connecting with new people daily

  • A genuine commitment to make an impact and work in a purpose-led environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to inspire and drive action
