We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing execution across five homecare brands. The strategy is in place - now we need someone who can bring it to life!

We believe in the power of marketing to connect people with the care and support they need. Through compelling storytelling and digital outreach, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring more people in the community can access essential homecare services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking digital marketing concepts and turning them into high-impact campaigns
• Managing execution across paid media, content, email, and social
• Collaborating with an experienced growth leader to optimise performance
• Driving brand visibility and engagement across multiple brands
• Owning execution while influencing results—your work will be seen and felt

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in digital marketing execution (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, email, and content marketing
• Ability to own projects and deliver results
• A creative, execution-focused mindset—big ideas meet real action

This role will travel between our offices in Balaclava, Carrum Downs and Tullamarine and can be based from any of these offices and WFH.
