Join our team as an Administrator Extraordinaire and unleash your organizational prowess! We are seeking an individual who thrives on attention to detail and is ideally skilled in reading plans and drawings. This role serves as the vital link between sales and construction, where accuracy is of utmost importance. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are executed flawlessly, ensuring that the sales and variation requests are accurately documented on plans, and guaranteeing the integrity of information loaded onto our "on-site companion" software.

But that's not all! We are looking for a true team player with exceptional communication skills—a friendly and collaborative individual who takes ownership of their role and is motivated to excel.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review and monitor residential contracts and variations throughout the pre and post construction phase.
  • Maintain meticulous document management control for all residential building variations and related contract and construction documentation across multiple sites.
  • Enter progress claims and collaborate with Accounts and the Sales team to address any anomalies.
  • Provide administration support to our dedicated sales teams.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • Strong planning, organizing, and workflow management skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work with various software systems.
  • Experience in database management with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and liaise with key stakeholders in a busy environment.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to self-manage and remain productive.
  • Adaptability, tech-savviness, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Preferred experience in Contracts Administration within the development or construction industry, along with the ability to read plans.
