Manitou Operator with a C6 or CN License

About the Role

GemLife are currently seeking a skilled MANITOU OPERATOR with a C6 or CN License to form part of our residential construction crew located in Pimpama. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. A busy site building volume homes, you need to be a team player who enjoys a mix of tasks and being able to see what needs to be done! If you are capable, reliable and show initiative this may lead to a permanent role, GemLife offer training and future opportunities for team members aspiring for career advancement. 

The role is Monday to Friday with some overtime.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Current telehandler / manitou or crane licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
• Strong safety initiative 
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be reliable and dedicated to the role
• General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
• Current Driver's Licence
• Construction Industry Card (White Card)
