We are seeking a Resort Administration Manager to join the Resort Management team. The candidate we seek will describe themselves as an Administrator Extraordinaire and will want to unleash their administration and customer service prowess!
You are a person who thrives on attention to detail and is skilled (plus enjoys) in Excel, Word and Outlook. This is the office-based side of the resort management team who compliments the already established Resort Facilities Manager whose role it is to ensure the Resort is kept in tip top condition.
This role serves as the vital link between these two luxurious over 50's resort with the Operational team at GemLife head office, ensuring that all the information required is communicated through different programmes, this is where accuracy is of the utmost importance.
But that's not all! We are looking for a true team player with exceptional communication skills—friendly and collaborative who takes ownership of their role and is motivated to excel.
This role is live in, we are seeking candidates who would enjoy living onsite and having a heavily subsidised rent.
About the role
- Running the daily operations of the resort in accordance with company policies & procedures, cleanliness & safety
- Managing all the resales for the resorts (commission paid for every sale completed)
- Ensuring that all common areas are of the highest standard
- Communicating effectively with residents living in the resort and working through challenges presented in a professional and understanding manner
- Managing the front office and performing the required administration tasks
To be successful you will:
- Possess administration experience in a similar role
- Experience in sales or resales
- A high standard of customer service delivery
- Be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hold a current Drivers licence
