As a Development Manager at GemLife, you will:

• Lead the delivery of exceptional projects across our expanding portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our in-house construction teams.
• Take pride in being part of a company that serves as developer, builder, client, and operator—an opportunity few can offer!

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of development management experience, with a proven track record managing projects over $5 million.
• Expertise in land and built-form development, planning, design, and end-to-end project management.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience working with QLD local councils and familiarity with town planning processes.
• A self-motivated, passionate individual ready to manage multiple projects at various stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development projects from conception to completion.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and project approvals.
• Lead the project team to ensure milestones are met and strategic goals aligned.
• Prepare estimates, manage resources, and maintain budgets.
• Be innovative, creative, and as a team solve challenges.
