Property & Assets Coordinator

Are you ready to make a real difference in creating amazing resort communities? We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Property & Assets Coordinator to join our team! In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Property and Assets to support the day-to-day operations of our GemLife, Living Gems, and Aliria resort communities. From assisting resort managers and grounds teams to building strong relationships with contractors, you’ll play a big part in making sure our homeowners have the best experience possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping train and onboard resort staff, giving them the tools and know-how to thrive in their roles.
  • Supporting and guiding resort managers and their teams to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Making sure we’re ticking all the boxes for regulatory and WH&S standards.
  • Monitoring budgets, tracking spending, and finding ways to save costs where possible.
  • Assisting with asset management—think maintenance schedules, inventory control, and capital improvement projects.
  • Building great relationships with contractors and stakeholders to keep service levels high across all resorts.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and tracking expenses.
  • Strong administration and data input experience.
  • A customer-first attitude with problem-solving smarts.
  • Previous experience working with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A detail-driven approach with great planning and process skills.
  • The ability to take initiative while creating accountability through clear communication.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with financial systems.
  • Experience with project management tools and platforms.
