About the Role
Are you passionate about Australian travel and ready to launch or grow your career in tourism? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservations Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service and a passion for tourism—whether you’re just starting out or building on early industry experience. You’ll play a key role in helping guests plan memorable holidays across our diverse portfolio—from holiday parks to glamping and all-inclusive luxury lodges. With support from a collaborative and friendly team, you’ll manage enquiries, develop itineraries, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to phone and email enquiries from guests and trade partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Create accurate and well-detailed bookings for both individual travellers and groups.
- Build positive relationships with internal teams, guests, and trade partners.
- Support group bookings by helping to coordinate itineraries and check booking details.
- Provide friendly, helpful service while working towards team targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell experiences across our national portfolio of properties.
- Contribute to a fun and collaborative team culture.
- Stay up to date with our properties, systems, and product offerings.
- Assist with administration and troubleshooting as needed.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a strong interest in tourism, with qualifications or current studies in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Bring some customer service or sales experience (tourism industry experience is a bonus but not required).
- Have had exposure to group bookings, or an interest in learning this space.
- Are passionate about helping people and delivering memorable travel experiences.
- Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner.
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple systems at once.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive and energetic team.
- Are open to learning, adaptable to change, and eager to grow your skills.
