The Role

As the Marketing Graduate you will focus on Loyalty and CRM, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of customer retention strategies, including the management and promotion of the G’day Rewards Program. You'll work closely with the G’day Parks leadership team to drive engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and build brand loyalty through data-driven marketing campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with the best-in-class marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while learning within a dynamic team, contributing to key projects that enhance our customer experience and brand loyalty. You will be creative, strategic, agile and customer first, a desire to use data to drive innovative campaigns and initiatives that deliver conversion and retention uplift. 

Responsibilities include:

Loyalty Program Support:

  • Support the implementation of rewards promotions, offers, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of program communications, including email campaigns, in-app messaging, and other customer touchpoints.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Support the CRM team in maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Help develop and execute CRM campaigns that drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.

Customer Insights & Reporting:

  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on loyalty and CRM performance, including customer engagement, retention rates, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Help identify trends and opportunities within customer data to enhance marketing efforts.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Brand, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
  • Support the Marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns that align with G’day Parks' overall strategy.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing initiatives.

Your Experience

You will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a relevant field. You will have a strong passion for the latest technology and have an analytical approach. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and flexibility to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
