About the Role
Are you a detail-driven HR Administration professional who loves keeping things organised, accurate, and efficient? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to be part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Cyclical processes: Assist in regular auditing, casual conversion , wage subsidies, apprenticeships
- Data Entry and Validation: Enter new employee information, changes, and terminations into the HRIS system promptly and accurately. Perform regular audits to validate data integrity.
- Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as needed, including but not limited to headcount reports, turnover analysis, and compliance reports.
- Records Retention: Ensure compliance with records retention policies by maintaining organized and secure electronic and physical HR files.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Employee Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR data, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP, intelliHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team but also able to work independently.
