About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager for an exciting upcoming Financial Core and Procurement System Replacement project. This project will extend across all areas of our business, from our support office to our parks and resort teams across Australia.

This role will play a pivotal role in this project by leading the development of the change management plan, evaluating the impact of planned organisational change, and preparing, supporting and delivering change and communication activities, ensuring we are equipping people to adopt the changes and ultimately driving employee adoption and usage. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify stakeholders, impacts, current/future state gaps, communication messages, training needs, people-side risks and points of resistance.
  • Develop a comprehensive change impact assessment and change delivery plan to understand and address the effects of change on various stakeholders and business processes.
  • Lead and support the conduct of readiness assessments and implementation of measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of the groups and individuals impacted by the change.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and workstreams to coordinate and execute change management activities effectively.
  • Produce high quality documents to support the change implementation including change management plans, communications plans, communication, cutover and training plans, and any other relevant artefacts.
  • Establish and agree clear success metrics and monitoring mechanisms to assess change progress and effectiveness, providing regular updates and insights to program leadership.


Skills and Experience: 

You will be someone who can work as part of a large high performing team with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be hands-on and strategic, and will bring experience in setting up and rolling out large scale business change through technology and business processes.

  • 5+ years of change management experience, with a focus on business and finance systems
  • Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and associated change impact
  • Ability to work and lead a team within a collaborative environment by providing clear direction and establishing professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience working as part of a project team, with demonstrable success in delivering project outcomes including successful change management assessment, planning, preparation, and implementation
  • Experienced in change management frameworks such as Prosci’s, ADKAR, demonstrating expertise in applying these methodologies to achieve successful organisational change
  • Strong ability to liaise closely with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement throughout change initiatives
