The Role

The Senior Manager - Enterprise Change and PMO Leader, is responsible for leading and managing organizational change and transformation. This role focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, key project reporting and value creation across the G’Day Group.

The leader will report on efficiencies gained and the value created by projects, as well as the capabilities required for successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and project management gained from working within multi-site and large scale organisations.

 

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities, operational efficiencies and develop project plans.
  • Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the efficiency and value created by transformation projects.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on project performance, Milestones, efficiencies gained, and value created.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and enhance organizational capabilities, including training and development programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and external partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of change and transformation initiatives.

 

To be successful in this role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and project management gained from working within multi-site and large scale organisations, hold a strong track record in effective engagement with all levels of stakeholders and possess robust commercial acumen. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives in a complex, enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on project performance and value creation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in capability assessment and development, with a focus on building organizational competencies.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
