About Us
Lake Tinaroo Holiday Park, part of the G'day Group is a family owned park, located on the beautiful Atherton Tablelands just west of Cairns.
With 200km of shoreline, Lake Tinaroo is ideal for watersports, fishing, bird watching and many other activities for outdoor enthusiasts.
Just over 1 hour from Cairns, and 15 minutes from Atherton, our beautiful property feels like you are in the middle of nature.
About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the success of our growing business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the property, including attending to after hours call outs
- Provide an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build positive relationships with guests, local communities, and stakeholders
As Park Manager you are required to live on site - accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package.
About you
- Experience in hospitality/accommodation management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced computer skills with experience in Newbook or similar reservations systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial management abilities
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after hours shifts
- Drivers Licence is essential
