About The Role

We are on a mission to become the undisputed leader in regional travel experiences, and we need you to help us get there! We’re embarking on an exciting, transformative journey to upgrade our systems to support our growth and future-proof our operations.

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Systems Analyst to play a key role in the successful rollout of our brand-new procurement system. You’ll not only be essential during the implementation phase, but you’ll also take ownership of its continuous enhancement to ensure we maintain world-class procurement processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the integration of procurement workflows into our new system, ensuring smooth data migration and onboarding of suppliers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, and operations) to gather requirements and configure the system.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and solve challenges to ensure a seamless rollout.
  • Be a driving force behind the training and support of end-users nationwide, empowering them to adopt the new system with ease.
  • Post-implementation, you'll lead continuous improvements, optimise processes, and provide ongoing support for smooth procurement operations.
  • Be a key player in keeping procurement streamlined, compliant, and aligned with G'day Group's broader strategic goals.

 

About You

We are seeking a professional with a proven understanding of procurement processes, including supplier management and purchasing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI, are important. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative communicator with experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. A results-driven mindset is crucial, along with experience in working with project teams, ERP implementations, or system upgrades.

You should have at least three years of experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain role, with a strong focus on systems and data management. Additionally, experience in supporting system rollouts and contributing to successful change management initiatives is highly desirable.
