The Role

G’day Group is undergoing a rapid period of growth, and is undertaking significant investment into corporate systems and business processes to ensure we can provide the necessary tools for our employees to work effectively, efficiently, and compliantly. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to design solutions and support the business through a significant and complex change.

As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architect you will influence the direction across the enterprise through the creation of standards, governance, structure and services. You will bring maturity to a wide range of approaches to documentation and modelling that have evolved across the enterprise in past years. You will facilitate the overall technology strategy planning process, this role will focus heavily on the production of strategic solutions conforming to the overall technology roadmap. You will be a trusted advisor to the CTO and key stakeholders.

You will have experience recommending and integrating corporate systems such as data warehouse / reporting repositories, ERP, HR, Risk, Service Desk and other platforms. You will bring experience architecting solutions with microservices.

Being motivated to hustle with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will know the value of failing fast. You will use proven methodologies such as agile to prioritise work and provide continuous delivery of value to key stakeholders.

You will influence the direction of Enterprise Architecture across the whole enterprise through the creation of standards, governance, structure and services. Your Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field combined with extensive architecture skills with experience tailoring frameworks such as TOGAF. You will have strong skills in preparing technology presentations for senior audiences, including Boards.

You will have the ability to confidently engage with all levels of the business and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will understand the common patterns and antipatterns for architecture and solution design. 

You will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
