The role

Seeking Project Engineers for our Brisbane based projects team. You will work closely with our engineering team and support the technical aspects of projects, ensuring their execution from inception to completion, and assisting with project coordination.

Key duties

  • Working with others to coordinate engineering designs
  • Manage and support the procurement functions on allocated projects
  • Developing and implementing project plans including project execution plans, estimates, schedules and resource requirements to deliver project within time, cost, quality and safety criteria
  • Manage scope changes in terms of cost, schedule and quality
  • Execute project delivery within schedule, budget and quality criteria with a strong focus on safety
  • Support effective subcontractor management to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Pro‑actively work to identify risks, both technical and commercial, and taking appropriate action to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Perform a client-facing role, including client meetings, relationship management and contract management

You will have

  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • Mining industry experience across process plant and equipment
  • 5+ years site-based experience in construction, operations or maintenance roles.
  • Strong contract management and commercial skills
  • Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in engineering consulting and EPC/EPCM projects
  • Change and design management experience
  • Managing procurement and contract packages experience
