Your Role
This role is responsible for managing and delivering on all contractual partnership elements.
- Building and nurturing key internal and partner stakeholder relationships.
- Involvement in partnership and category reviews ensuring relevant insights are presented with appropriate business knowledge.
- Identifying new opportunities for partners and growing commercial relationships and enhancing the member’s experience.
- Preparing new opportunity presentations to drive partnership growth.
- Manage partnership budgets and forecasting.
- Managing the development and delivery of partnership campaigns and associated reporting.
- Use data insights and analytics to develop partnership strategies and deliver improved return on investments and opportunities.
- Management in curating and delivering partnership reviews and planning meetings.
- Leading and developing a team of two campaign managers to deliver on all partnership targets and KPIs.
- Nurture a high performance cultural and provide coaching and professional development to your direct reports.
Your Experience
- Previous experience working with commercial partnerships and associated legal agreements.
- Demonstrated retail loyalty experience preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Proven budget management and forecasting experience.
- Experience in analysing market trends and an understanding of strategic commercial and marketing processes.
- Significant experience in sales/marketing/partnership management.
- Experience and knowledge of CRM reporting systems.
- Understanding of commercial and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution experience.
- Proven people leadership in developing and growing a high performing team.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and awareness of the travel industry is desirable.
