Your Role

Campaign Execution:

  • Provide quality check and assurance on all offer and data inputs in accordance with process and briefing instructions.
  • Ownership of all the data related campaign activity within the email platform and offer management system.
  • Ensure all personalization and dynamic elements are executed as per brief and tested.
  • Set up data for testing purposes.
  • Understand targeting segments and creative variations within marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and lead the implementation of trigger based email and campaign automation initiatives.Assist and consult on best in class solution design including use of data in digital projects.
  • Conduct testing within Adobe and Responsys to ensure creative segments, data and all personalised elements as expected.
  • Ensure best practice processes are followed from scoping through to execution.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with SQL, ingesting data, query build and data transformation.
  • Experience in data preparation for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Martech platforms (eg.Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Oracle).
  • Sound knowledge around personalisation and dynamic elements in email.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
  • Project Management and operational experience within email platform technologies.
