About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of innovative campaigns and client programs in our marketing team. This newly created position will support team efforts to align activities with key business growth areas. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, client success, and other internal teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Key accountabilities:
- Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns client success programs focused on demand and lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager – Business and Campaigns to execute branded themes and campaigns to defined audiences
- Maintain and update reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and ensure transparency in marketing performance evaluation.
- Develop strong relationships across teams, including industry partners, media, and agencies.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to amplify marketing impact across markets.
- Ensure compliance with branding, legal, privacy and operational guidelines.
About You
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who excels in strategic thinking, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
You will bring:
- Relevant marketing experience, ideally partnering with sales, client retention, and customer solutions teams to deliver business and marketing goals.
- Strong practical knowledge of the interplay between marketing, sales and the customer buying journey.
- Proven track record in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with defined KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of measurement, budgeting, and performance.
- Experience working with marketing and creative agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance competing business and marketing priorities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Enjoy working on cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives.
- Natural collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or communications will be highly regarded.
