We have an exciting opening within our Marketing team for a talented writer and storyteller looking to grow their expertise in an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and leadership.
About the Role
While no two days are exactly the same, your role is fundamentally all about creating content. As a talented writer and storyteller, you thrive on making technical content accessible and engaging. Whether it's supporting sales campaigns, developing website content, creating engaging user stories, or writing across our social platforms, you always start with the story, and words are your passion.
Reporting to the Senior Communication and Content Manager, you’ll support a diverse range of contemporary communications initiatives. You’ll develop a broad range of customer-facing content, including written and video, for publication across various channels such as client communications, website, email, social media, podcasts, webinars, and events. These will showcase your impressive writing and storytelling abilities.
Your day-to-day will involve tasks such as drafting, editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll engage with various stakeholders to gather information, seek approvals, and ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand and messaging guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the content.
Leveraging analytics, you'll optimise the reach and effectiveness of all the content you create, while complying with Group brand, marketing, and operational requirements.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling efforts, crafting compelling content that captivates and informs our audience. Your creativity will help us connect with current and future clients, delivering well-crafted content that drives engagement and builds lasting relationships.
