About the Role  

Join Esri Singapore as our Industry Enablement Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Geospatial solutions across the APAC region. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Make the Number: Collaborative leadership, working with country and regional leadership to achieve the country and regional enablement revenue targets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective training solutions to align to the P&L.   
  • Lead Enablement Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive enablement and learning strategies that align with the broader Esri APAC business goals. 
  • Foster Adoption: Ensure that country-specific and regional strategies effectively reach, enable, and drive adoption among diverse stakeholders. 
  • Enhance Industry Knowledge: Elevate the knowledge, skills, and competencies of Geospatial professionals in APAC, fostering a vibrant and thriving ecosystem. 
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with education, industry, academia, and government to create a unified community that leverages Esri technology for various use cases. 

About You  

We are looking for a visionary relationship builder capable of developing and implementing innovative enablement strategies that drive the adoption of Esri technology.  You will need to be able to foster strong connections with stakeholders across the Geospatial industry. 

To be successful into this newly created role, we believe the following skills and experience will help: 

  • Proven Experience: We prefer candidates with a formal qualification in Learning & Development, Adult Learning, or relevant operations management experience. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience utilizing Salesforce.com CRM and Hubspot is a plus. 
  • Process-Oriented: We seek someone who thrives in a structured environment and appreciates the importance of sales planning and activity management. A willingness to learn these processes is also valued. 
  • Content Creation: Experience crafting compelling proposals and technical content is desired. 
  • Continuous Learner: A strong drive to stay current, develop new skills, and innovate in a dynamic environment is essential. 
  • Self-Directed: The ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines is crucial. 
  • Flexibility & Prioritization: You can prioritize tasks, manage your schedule, and adapt to shifting priorities with resilience. 
  • Collaboration is Key: We value strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Project Management Expertise: A solid understanding of change management and project management principles is preferred. 
  • Communication Master: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. 
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and quality. 
  • Training Administration Pro: Experience managing and prioritizing a high volume of training administrative tasks in a large organization is a plus. 
  • Problem-Solver & Innovator: Curiosity, a passion for understanding how things work, and a desire to improve processes are highly valued. 
  • Leadership Potential: Experience leading and managing a team is a desirable quality. 
  • A passion for driving innovation and empowering the Geospatial community.
