Esri Australia is the exclusive local distributor of Esri's world-leading Geographic Information System (GIS) software and a member of the world's largest group of ArcGIS specialists outside of the United States — the Boustead Geospatial Group.

Our technology is shaping the way we work, live and play — today and into the future — creating the world we want to see.

As we continue to evolve and grow our business, we are looking for new ways to work more efficiently and more effectively. That’s where you come in!

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support various aspects of our marketing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting of all digital marketing initiatives across the organisation. This role will help to drive our HubSpot implementation, support lead generation strategies, and implement lead nurturing activities.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage HubSpot for marketing automation, including email campaigns and workflow design. You will support social media efforts and coordinate with the content team to maintain a vibrant presence across 20 different accounts. Additionally, you will create and optimize data reports to drive informed decisions and ensure high-quality data governance. Your role will also involve working with internal teams to deliver impactful newsletters.

You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing peers in Australia and South Asia to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable results. Join us to thrive in a collaborative environment that empowers you to innovate and optimize.

About You

You're passionate about B2B marketing, excelling at crafting email programs that convert prospects into loyal customers. You enjoy creating strategies that resonate with professional audiences and drive results.

Organisation is your superpower. You manage campaigns, deadlines, and metrics smoothly. As a natural collaborator, you value teamwork and bring out the best in others.

Curiosity drives you. You dive into data, analyse email campaigns, and optimise social media programs, always seeking improvement and value.

Your open-minded approach and people skills make you an asset. You're great at marketing and building relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (agency or in-house).
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or advertising (digital marketing qualification preferred).
  • Proficient with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in creating organic social media content and using scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • SEO program management experience, including collaboration with copywriting and design teams.
  • Ability to analyse and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
  • Attitude and behaviour align with Esri Australia’s core values.
