About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will leverage your marketing expertise to develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and marketing programs. You will align campaign activities to support business growth, collaborating with sales, client success, and other internal teams to achieve strategic business and marketing objectives. The role demands strategic thinking, productivity, with a strong focus on campaign delivery, channel innovation and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign and go-to-market (GTM) execution: Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and programs focused on demand and lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Sales alignment & lead generation: Align marketing activities with sales teams to support pipeline growth and business objectives.
- Data-driven decision making & reporting: Establish reporting frameworks to measure ROMI and ensure transparency in marketing performance evaluation.
- Collaboration & market engagement: Develop strong relationships across teams, including internal teams, industry partners, and agencies. Work with internal and external stakeholders to amplify marketing impact across markets.
- Branding, compliance & quality control: Ensure compliance with branding, legal, privacy and operational guidelines.
About You
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who excels in strategic campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes.
You will bring:
- Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- 8+ years of experience as a marketing manager, ideally in a B2B environment, partnering with sales, client success and customer solutions teams to deliver business and marketing goals.
- Proven track record of managing and executing strategic programs across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIs.
- Data-driven and experience with campaign ROMI measurement.
- Cross-functional program development experience.
- Experience with marketing agencies and stakeholders.
- Enjoy leading/working across cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives, as well as driving forward marketing plans.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Full permanent working rights in Australia.
